At Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa, Nicole Kiener, Assistant F&B Manager, is celebrated for her positive and caring approach, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience whilst fostering a supportive team environment. Sylvie Ntambew Balsiger, Floor Supervisor, brings warmth and energy to her role, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.
Over the water at Royal Savoy Hotel & Spa Lausanne, Shift Leader Receptionist Laura Boursault has recently been awarded LQA Star Employee in recognition of her positive mindset and dynamic presence within the team. Saskia Lips, Director of Operations, ensures each department delivers exceptional service and operational excellence, while long-standing team member Joice Mendes, Executive Housekeeper, plays a vital role in keeping the hotel’s signature standards and 5* reputation.
