World Gin Day is upon us again this Saturday 11th
June and the Dovetail team will be raising a glass to the occasion splendidly
with a gin cocktail or two.
Here is a recipe
for a gin cocktail with a delicious twist you can easily make at home.
50ml Pink Grapefruit
10ml Caster Sugar
Pour the gin, pink
grapefruit juice and sugar into a tall glass and top up with prosecco. Garnish
each glass with a twist of orange zest.
