Restaurant will host guest
chef Mark Jordan of the Michelin starred Ocean Restaurant at The
Atlantic Hotel, showcasing flavours of the island of Jersey on Friday 29th
and Saturday 30th January 2016 for
both lunch and dinner. Acclaimed Executive Head Chef Pascal Proyart and Jordan,
Executive Head Chef of Ocean Restaurant, will serve specially created tasting
menus including their own signature dishes.
Recognised
as the third best restaurant in London by The Sunday Times Food List in 2015, One-O-One
Restaurant is renowned for its innovative seafood thanks to Head Chef
Pascal Proyart, who is passionate about bringing sustainable, inventive fish
dishes to diners. This mirrors Chef Mark Jordan’s own reputation for carefully
curated dishes. Having held a Michelin star since 2007, Ocean Restaurant at
The Atlantic Hotel is renowned for working with local fishermen and farmers
selecting the freshest seafood and most succulent Jersey beef.
With
the choice of four, six and eight petits plats menus, guests will enjoy
beautifully crafted dishes with ingredients including fresh Royal King Crab,
Jersey scallops and lobster, Jersey beef, white halibut, Brittany seaweed
butter, Brittany salt caramel and Jersey
cheeses.
