The inaugural Champion of Women Awards, in support of cancer charity Maggie’s Centres, will take place on Friday 29th September 2017 in the stunning art deco ballroom of The Sheraton Grand London Park Lane Hotel on Piccadilly in Mayfair.
The Champion of Women Awards was born out of a desire to recognise the achievements and compassion of women who support other women and young girls. A who’s who of fascinating women from across the UK, the awards will celebrate those who have excelled in their field of business across television and film, sport and fitness, fashion and beauty, travel and lifestyle, medicine and finance. The aim of the event is to raise in excess of £100,000 for Maggie’s, both for Centres in London and Scotland.

All proceeds from this event will go towards supporting two Maggie’s Centres – both in London and Edinburgh. Maggie’s provides practical and emotional support to all those living with cancer. Built in the grounds of NHS hospitals, Maggie's Centres are designed by leading architects to be warm, welcoming places with professional cancer support specialists on hand.
This inaugural awards initiative will showcase extraordinary talent at a glamorous lunch to be attended by 350 guests. The event will commence with the Maggie’s Pop-Up featuring luxury lifestyle brands with a donation made to the charity on each purchase. Guests will enjoy a three course lunch with wines and an inspiring awards ceremony, entertainment and special guests, a glitzy silent auction and raffle with an impressive array of lots from fashion and travel partners.
Post lunch cocktails will be served at the Bloom Gin Bar with lounge music for guests to stay on and relax with friends.
